Glazed ceramic plates, for additional electric insulation

Heating element structure: heating wire Kanthal D, wired on mica insulation support of #0,6 mm thickness, insulated on both sides with mica insulation plates of #0,4 mm thickness.

Rigidity of the two ceramic plates is made with siliconic adhesive LOCTITE 5920.

Power supply contacts of the heating element reinforced by mica plates and electric insulated.
